Patricia (Tricia) Rosenbaum

Happily retired, Tricia considers herself a serial volunteer after working in both the private sector and the nonprofit sector throughout her career. Her professional expertise focused on operations, program management and consulting while in the private sector and in executive leadership roles while in the nonprofit sector. 

Her years in the private sector included leadership of operations and shared services within the financial services sector both in the East Coast and here in California, with a stint in Boston as well. She would say that she was most “in the zone” when focused on process and organization development, client listening, relationship management and execution of strategic initiatives, and she carries those skills to her volunteer engagements. 

Tricia’s passions within the community lie particularly with serving seniors and foster youth. She currently serves the interests of aging seniors as a Board Member and Board President of Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center and serves her community as board member and past president of her neighborhood association. In the past she served on the United Way Women in Philanthropy foster youth focus committee, as a mentor “Big” and board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and volunteered with Junior Achievement focused on financial literacy. 

Tricia is excited to serve with Impact100 to see the power of collective impact, where a relatively modest single donation enables transformative changes for a high impact nonprofit organization. 

Tricia hails originally from North Carolina and occasionally lets that southern drawl slip, but she has loved her 23 years so far in California and Sacramento. 

She is married, currently with only one fur baby at home but seems to be constantly looking to foster or adopt more. In her spare time, she enjoys working on renovation projects at home, refining her gardening skills, an occasional round of golf and frequent entertaining or happy hours with friends, always involving wine from one of the too many wine clubs to which she belongs!
